Refund Policy: 

In due consideration of the artistic nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on services already started on.

Revision Policy:

You are allowed a maximum of 3 revisions. We will make the necessary revision(s) within 3 business days maximum. After that, all additional revisions will incur a $5.00 – $100.00 fee per revision, depending on the service. Holidays and weekends are not included in the time frames.
